Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct feasibility studies from design, implementation and post-implementation evaluation from a number of possible approaches.
  • Design criteria must be established to accommodate changes in legislation, mission, or functional program requirements.
  • Write a variety of queries in SQL and DB2, and develop reports in SSRS.
  • Develop, build, and manage complex, operational and federally mandated reports.

  • Perform 8001 Flat File validation and analysis; review multiple MPIs for SSN matching.

  • Create data change request with the PMO to fix consumer or system reported errors, coordinate with technical and business teams to analyze error reports, access HBX database and application to perform root cause analysis for transaction rejections.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a complex IT organization developing a variety of queries and reports utilizing SQL, SSRS and DB2.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in creating EDI X12 files for transactions sets such as 834, 999 and TA1.
  • Proficient in writing queries in SQL and DB2.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Assist the PMO Director in implementing IT project standards, governance structure and audit mechanism for the IT Department.
  • Manage program level Lessons Learned Repository, conduct project review meetings, program level risks and issues register.

Job Summary:
